Encouraging read full of wisdom
Speak to Me is a book full of the wisdom and life experience that should be shared more often. Janice writes in an easy, conversational tone, so it feels like your best friend is sharing their story with you. What I love is that she does not sugar coat or hint at "hard situations" but she actually shares what she went through, how she was feeling, and how she coped.
This is a book for a generation of wives and mothers who are suffering through anxiety and depression alone. You are not alone, others have gone before you, and Janice is brave enough to hold your hand and tell you she has been there too, and she made it through with God's help.
Even if you have not dealt with these things, her understanding of the Bible and how to study and connect with God on a daily basis is refreshing. You can see she practiced what she preaches because she makes connections with stories in the Bible and clarifies what is happening in the stories in an language that is easy to understand for the modern reader.
This book is just shy of 200 pages in the paperback form. The print is large with good white space on the page so it is easy on the eyes. I highly recommend!

A Delightful Journal
by Brenda W.
In this book the author shares about one of the most difficult seasons of her life. The journey to healing took several years. It is a beautiful story of how the Lord took someone who was physically and emotionally very weak and not only walked with her through this hard time but changed her through the power of His Word. In His great kindness the Lord brought many people to comfort her at the time she felt alone, discouraged and almost suicidal. The book gives hope to the ones who feel hopeless because God is a very great and powerful God.

Speak to Me: My Journey to Peace, Fulfillment, and Joy by Janice Leach is not simply a memoir, it is a spiritual testimony wrapped in heartfelt storytelling, a work that reaches beyond personal reflection to become a guiding light for readers navigating life’s storms.
From the tender recollections of childhood to the complex layers of marriage, motherhood, and personal struggle, Janice’s narrative pulses with authenticity.
